The Barco® MDRC-1119 is a versatile color display that can be used in various clinical applications, from viewing electronic medical records containing patient data and medical images to viewing dental images. It's qualified for use in all areas of hospitals. And it's available for an excellent value.
With a 19-inch, 1MP LCD screen and a 10-bit lookup table, the Barco® MDRC-1119 presents medical images and documents within a spacious viewing area with more accurate colors, deeper contrast a much wider viewing angle than conventional monitors. Clinical images, reports, and files can be arranged in portrait or landscape orientation according to your preferences.
An optional protective front cover can help to protect the screen from damage and enable easier cleaning.
With any monitor, brightness dims over time. To compensate for this inevitability and maintain brightness levels that comply with DICOM, the Barco® MDRC-1119 has a Backlight Output Stabilization (BLOS®) sensor that measures the brightness of the monitor's backlights and then communicates with the monitor's electrical panel to increase brightness levels as needed. Stable levels of brightness contribute to long-term image consistency. The BLOS sensor also ensures fast power-up.
When the MDRC-1119 isn't in use, it automatically switches to sleep mode. This reduces energy consumption significantly and extends the life of the LCD backlights.
Automated DICOM compliance and QA
Integrated MediCal QAWeb® software automatically calibrates the Barco® MDRC-1119 to DICOM and continually conducts QA checks without any input or effort from you. This gives you peace of mind that you're always looking at a high-quality image and ensures its consistency across healthcare enterprises.
