  • How do units look cosmetically?

    Our units are all in near-flawless condition. We make sure that only the cleanest and highest-quality systems are sold by inspecting units prior to shipment and performing cosmetic restoration if needed. Rest assured that we will sell you a unit only if it is in perfect working and cosmetic condition.

  • Is there any discount for quantity orders?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any additional discount regardless of quantity needed. We will guarantee our products to be in PERFECT working and cosmetic condition. Buy today with confidence and you can receive your order as soon as tomorrow.

Warranty & Returns
  • What is covered under warranty?

    On film scanners, the actual scanner, workstation, and any other accessories shipped with the scanner are covered. Bayland Technologies, Inc. offers 1-year full-replacement warranty, which includes a loaner. Please note: The client is responsible for all shipping costs regardless of the reason for shipping. If there is a system failure, the smallest imperfection or an artifact on scanned images, regardless of how many scans have been performed, we will service and repair the scanner and will provide you with a loaner while we take care of the problem for you. Your success is our success. We want you to use Bayland Technologies, Inc. for all your film digitizer needs and refer us to your colleagues as well.

    All our refurbished monitors come with a 3-year warranty on parts and labor. The complete unit is covered under warranty. Please note: The client is responsible for all shipping costs regardless of the reason for shipping. Bayland Technologies, Inc. guarantees perfect diagnostic imaging on all medical LCD monitors. We also guarantee successful calibration while the monitor is under warranty, regardless of how many hours it has been used.

  • Does Bayland Technologies, Inc. accept returns?

    All products sold by Bayland Technologies, Inc. are covered by a minimum 30-day money-back guarantee. If within the first 30 days of arrival of the unit you decide that you no longer want the product, you may return it for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping both ways and any credit card processing fees.

  • How do you ship?

    We use FedEx ground exclusively for shipments with full value insurance. You may provide us with your FedEx account number if you would like to have the shipping charges billed to your account.

    If you prefer any other carrier, you must send us a prepaid label. Note that you are responsible for purchasing insurance while creating the label, as we cannot be held responsible for any damages during transit.

  • How soon can you ship?

    We normally ship the same day if the payment is made before 1:00 PM Central time. In all other cases, items will be shipped within 1 business day.

  • Does Bayland ship internationally?

    Currently, if a payment is made using a credit card, we can ship only to U.S. and Canadian customers. All other customers: Please contact us so we can generate an official quote with an estimate of the shipping cost. We accept wire transfers only for international orders, and we require full, cleared payment in advance before products are shipped out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
