After starting up or waking your monitor, the brightness level is quickly stabilized thanks to Eizo’s patented drift correction function. Backlight brightness can also be measured with a sensor, and brightness fluctuations are compensated for to negate the effects that ambient temperature and the passage have on the monitor.
