Eizo RadiForce RX440 4MP 30" Color LED General Radiology PACS Display (RX440-BK)

Perfect Display for PACS and Teleradiology

Eizo Radiforce RX440 4MP 30" PACS monitor is an excellent display for radiologists in the market for quality diagnostic PACS display at an affordable price point. RX440 can be split into two 2MP diagnostic monitors (2 x 1200x1600) or used as a single 4MP fusion display (2560 x 1600). The high resolution of 4 megapixels gives this color monitor the same screen size and number of pixels as two 2-megapixel monitors in portrait mode but without the obtrusive bezels. RX440 has built-in calibration and QA sensors and performs automatic DICOM calibration. Eizo Radiforce RX440 has both DisplayPort and DVI input, can be connected to any graphics card and works with Windows and MAC. Thanks to LED backlight technology, you can expect over 20 years of continuous usage of the monitor without having to worry about brightness or DICOM failure due to the weakness of the backlight.

Color and Monochrome Images with Separate Gamma Curves

EIZO's unique Hybrid Gamma function distinguishes whether the images displayed are monochrome or color and displays each image in optimum brightness and grayscale tones. This expands the usability of PACS applications, constantly attaining sufficiency with a mix of color and monochrome medical images.

Dual-Screen Display on One Monitor

With Picture-by-Picture (PbyP) or Picture-in-Picture (PinP) functions, two screens from separate input signals can be displayed simultaneously on one monitor. A bezel-less widescreen enables simplified and flexible operation.

30-bit Color

The Eizo Radiforce RX440 can support 10-bit input for each RGB color, simultaneously displaying more than one billion colors. This ensures accurate reproduction of color tones for 3D color rendering and image fusion.

Environmentally-Friendly LED Backlight

Eizo RX440 achieves a high-brightness and low power consumption by utilizing an energy-efficient LED as a backlight. Unlike conventional CCFL backlights, LED backlights to deteriorate more slowly; thus, the monitor offers a longer service life. Since the LED backlight is mercury free, it will reduce any potential impact on the environment when it is disposed of.

Diagnostic Precision with DICOM Part 14 Factory Adjustment

To ensure the most accurate and consistent shadings possible, EIZO carefully measures and sets every grayscale tone on the production line to produce a monitor compliant with DICOM Part 14.

Brightness Uniformity for a Steadier Image Across the Screen

The Digital Uniformity Equalizer (DUE) function provides optimum brightness uniformity, which is difficult to attain due to the characteristics of LCD monitors.

Auto DICOM Calibration & QA with Integrated Front Sensor

An Integrated Front Sensor (IFS) housed within the front bezel measures brightness and grayscale tones and is calibrated to the DICOM Part 14 standard. Without connecting and disconnecting, an IFS performs QC tasks and does not interfere with the viewing area. This dramatically cuts monitor quality control workload and maintenance costs. With the bundled RadiCS LE quality control software, a simplified calibration compliant with the DICOM Part 14 standard can be performed to correct the brightness and grayscale tones of the monitor, ensuring the most accurate and consistent shadings possible over time.

Quick Brightness Stabilization for Instant Viewing

The EIZO patented drift correction function quickly stabilizes the brightness level at startup or upon wakeup. In addition, a sensor measures the backlight brightness and compensates for brightness fluctuations caused by the ambient temperature and the passage of time.

Versatile Positioning for Improved Operability

EIZO's highly versatile stand offers tilt, swivel, and a wide height adjustment range, enabling you to use the monitor with greater comfort.
